Trump National Golf Course Palos Verdes - Jennifer + Clay

On a cloudless September day in Southern California, Jennifer and Clay celebrated their Big Day with loving friends and family at a popular ocean-view venue in Rancho Palos Verdes. With her five bridesmaids/besties by her side, Jennifer slipped into her beautiful Christian Louboutins and sparkling dress, and walked down the aisle to be wed to the love of her life. As J+C overlooked the Pacific and shared their vows with one another, they happily began their lives as Mr. & Mrs. Burnett. The festive evening started off with Clay moon-walking into the Ballroom, and the celebration continued as friends and family of the newlyweds came together to dance the night away... The Reception was filled with good music, amazing food, and most of all, great company!

Trump National Golf Club - Sherry + James

It really is true that love can be found anywhere…even online! Sherry and James first stumbled across each other on the online dating site, OkCupid. James viewed Sherry's profile, noting that she was “very pretty”! After finally conjuring up enough courage, he sent a sweet message to her, leading to a first date and many more after. Although Sherry was skeptical about starting a relationship in her first year of law school, she soon realized James truly supported her. Instead of adding weight to the heavy burden of school, James lifted it! Soon they both realized their relationship was on a solid foundation, leading to where they are now, happily married.   

Sherry and James’ wedding at Trump National Golf Club was simple and sweet just like the couple. The dinner reception in the Grand Ballroom was filled with DIY centerpiece arrangements which were put together with love by Sherry's mother. Sherry ended the night wearing a traditional chi pao dress for cake cutting and dancing the night away with guests!

Palos Verdes Golf Club Wedding - Charina & Bobby

California’s sunny coast is an ideal location for golf courses, which consequently are also ideal locations for weddings! Our lovely couple, Charina & Bobby, had a traditional Catholic ceremony surrounded by family and friends at the Mary Star of the Sea Church, followed by a reception at the Palos Verdes Golf Club. The property sits on 214 acres of beautiful land with expansive ocean views in Palos Verdes Estates, a coastal neighborhood in Los Angeles.

The couple’s day was a beautiful blend of tradition and culture.  The Ceremony was filled with the Bride’s Filipino heritage, while the Reception tapped into the Groom’s Chinese roots.  And they even arrived in style in a gorgeous silver 1958 Rolls Royce to boot! The evening was festive and colorful… filled with Chinese guardian lion décor, Chinese handheld drum/rattles to welcome the couple’s entrance, Chinese paper lanterns, traditional lion dancers from the American Chinese Cultural Center, and even Maracas to honor the May 5^th festivities on their wedding day!  The Bride’s wardrobe included jade jewelry and a beautiful red qípáo, a color of good luck!  The florals, provided by one of our favorite florists Bebuds Florist, were a classic blend of purples, pinks, ivory and reds, a perfect compliment to the bridal party’s purple inspired attire! To entertain their guests, the couple brought in a photo booth from Cheesy Photobooth for some fun and silly prints (complete with Chinese dragon props!) and also prepared a personal photo montage of their journey together.  

The day, and evening, was filled with heaps of happy memories and traditional, yet personal flare.  As always, we are so grateful to have had the opportunity to share in the couple’s special day!
