West Hollywood Tasting with Global Cuisine



What a treat (literally) it is when our team is invited for private tastings! Recently, we had the honor of meeting Chef Gary Arabia at his catering and event production company, Global Cuisine situated on The Lot in the heart of West Hollywood. Gary and his team are unique in that they are not only the caterers, but can also be the event production team to cater to your design, décor, lighting and entertainment needs! It is so rare to find a company that has the capacity to offer full event servicing, we had to know more... 

Being situated on The Lot, the Global Cuisine team can produce just about any type of event ranging from mass record label release parties of hundreds to traditional intimate weddings of just a few. In addition, being such an experienced chef, the food and beverage options are endless! For example, Gary’s team prepared for us pan seared diver scallops on a bed of curried polenta with a Thai flare in addition to Snake River Farms Wagyu beef with truffle mashed potatoes from Japan, not to mention the array of desserts (see photos below). Next time you have the need to put on an event, check out Gary and his team (who also does plenty of offsite catering as well) for some great food and a modernly appealing location!
